Hi there! I'm Julieta.

I’ve always been fascinated by the human journey: what drives us to succeed, what holds us back, and how we bridge the gap between our aspirations and our reality. I believe growth happens at the crossroads; those moments when change feels uncertain but full of possibility.

Through Think Nomad, I coach professionals and leaders to find clarity, confidence, and joy in transitions, whether it’s a career shift, a leadership leap, or a life transition like returning from parental leave. My clients often come to me feeling stuck or uncertain; together, we uncover clarity, design strategies, and move forward with purpose.

My clients walk away with:

  • A clearer sense of who they are and what matters most

  • Practical strategies to thrive in new roles or life chapters

  • Confidence to adapt, grow, and lead without burning out

With 10+ years in leadership development across global banks, high-growth tech, and higher education—and as a certified coach (ACC, CTDP, MA Leadership)—I bring both proven frameworks and a human-centered approach.

The Think Nomad philosophy is about embracing change with curiosity and courage, because that’s where transformation happens. Wherever you are on your journey, Think Nomad helps you explore, adapt, and thrive.

Testimonials

"I began working with Julieta when I was feeling completely burnt out from my job, and she led me through various processes which helped me to learn about what I wanted from all aspects of my professional and personal life. I hit a point in the year where I was ready to quit my seven year career due to circumstances which I was dealt by my company. Julieta provided invaluable insight to me through this process with a calm and objective manner, and helped me to make the right decision for me at that juncture in my life. Not only did she help me to realize my professional dreams, she helped me to build and shape my resume, cover letter, and then interview skills to reflect my most valuable skills and qualifications."
